| Type "Slavutich" |
Description. Motor ships of the type SLAVUTICH (project D-080) are the big dry cargo ships-platforms of the "river-sea" class, with double boards and double bottom, with machine compartment and superstructure in the rear part. Ships are intended for carrying of bulk cargoes.
Modifications. Late-built ships have bigger length and increased capacity.
Serial building. Since 1982 till 1999 22 units of the type "Slavutich" were built, among them 2 of the increased capacity.
Distribution. Ships of this type were delivered to Ukrrechflot for work on Dnieper, Black and Azov seas. In 90-ties several ships were built for the Krymtransgaz company of the Gazprom concern. One ship sank in 1999.
